Allegations aren’t findings
Case listings describe what an agency alleged, announced or ordered, in that agency’s own terms, with the stage and month shown. A complaint is a set of allegations. Always read the official page for the current status.
Not a complete list
A program or person that isn’t listed hasn’t been cleared, approved or reviewed by us.
Names
Company, program and agency names belong to their owners. Mentioning one doesn’t mean it’s connected to us.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions made based on what you read here.
