About

For anyone deciding whether to pay.

And for the family and friends checking a program for someone they love.

What this is

A place to check a make-money-online program before you join: what regulators say to watch for, the free official lookups, recent government cases described in the agency’s own terms, the rules sellers have to follow, and how to try to get money back.

What this isn’t

  • Not a complete list of bad programs. A program that isn’t listed hasn’t been cleared.
  • Not legal or financial advice.
  • Not a review site. We don’t rate programs or call anyone a scam. We report what government sources say.

How cases get listed

  • Only from official FTC, SEC, CFTC or state attorney general sources, or court orders they publish.
  • Named exactly as the source names them, and described in the source’s own terms.
  • Every case shows its stage and month, so allegations never read like findings.
  • People and companies mentioned in a release but not charged are left out.

How the site pays for itself

It doesn’t. No ads and no affiliate links. More on that.
